Amplifier Options
Amplifier options for both systems and modules are included with all quotations. Click below to view details.

Amplifier System Options
All Ophir RF Amplifier Systems come standard enclosed in a 19” Rack Mount Chassis. In addition they all incorporate a front panel mounted circuit breaker, Temperature Alarm, and AC Power Supply. The customer may choose front or rear panel RF Connectors.

Amplifier Module Options
Standard amplifier module options include heatsinks and heatsinks with fans.

Amplifier Subsystem Options
Amplifier subsystems consist of a PA (Power Amplifier) module, driver module, heatsink, fans, and the appropriate power supply.

Instantaneous Bandwidth for Band-Specific Modules
Certain modules within OPHIR RF's standard amplifier product line contain an instantaneous bandwidth of 60MHz within each specified frequency range. Communications-related application requirements often utilize amplifiers optimized for power and linearity.

Amplifier Interface Manuals
Amplifier Interface Manuals provide instructions for how to communicate with and control amplifiers that are integrated with IEEE-488, RS-232, and/or TCP/IP over Ethernet. These appendices are bound with the amplifier operational manuals included with the shipment.

IEEE-488 Manual
Describes the operation of the optional front panel controller, and the command syntax used to control and to retrieve the amplifier's operational status.

RS-232 Manual
Describes the operation of the front panel controller, its command syntax, and provides the specifics of the RS-232 connection (pin-outs, baud rate, parity, etc.).

Ethernet Manual
Describes the settings specific to configuring for communication via TCP/IP over Ethernet (static or dynamic IP addressing, Netbios name, Web browser  and Telnet interfaces, etc.).

7000 Series Front Panel Controller Manual
Describes the operation of the front panel controller, and the command syntax used to control and to retrieve the amplifier's operational status for the 7000 Series.
